We give a 10 year product and workmanship guarantee on UPVC windows and door frames. Coloured composite door slabs are guaranteed for 5 years.
Sealed Units
We give a 5 year product and workmanship guarantee on all sealed unit replacements.
Ironmongery
We give a 1 year product and workmanship guarantee on all ironmongery.
Fascia and Soffit
We give a 10 year product and workmanship guarantee for all coloured foiled products for example woodgrain, golden oak, rosewood, black ash. We give a 20 year product and workmanship guarantee on all white products.
Insurance Backed Guarantees
This is included automatically in any quote for windows or doors. This insurance product gives you peace of mind with deposit protection and cover if the work or products we fit fail or Paul Mable Home Improvements Limited are no longer able to trade.
For windows and doors, a CERTASS guarantee will follow approximately 6 weeks after the completion date. You need to keep this document safe. If you lose your CERTASS certifiate and require a replacement, CERTASS will apply a charge.
